Requirements to presentations

Presentations shall be completed in MS Office — versions solely 2013 or earlier ones or Adobe Acrobat. File format — ppt, pptx or pdf.

Slide format — А4, layout metrics 16:9, landscape orientation.

Recommended font size for: Headings — no less than 18 pixels, Text — no less than 16 pixels.

In order to reduce the file size of your presentation the best advice is that you change the resolution of a picture or photo thereto down to 1280 pel (long direction).

In case you attach video file please use divX, AVI, H.264, MPEG-4, WMV in order to code your video.

While compiling presentation with multi-media content make sure that additional files are contained in the same folder with the main file of your presentation.

In case you fail to meet the listed requirements, no guarantee can be provided for the correct viewing of the presentation within the electronic proceedings of collective access. Presentations should be submitted in two languages i.e. English and Russian texts should be on a slide (it`s not a compulsory requirement).
