Registration form

The registration form (DOCX, 15 KB) is available on our Conference website at http://vniigaz.gazprom.ru/gasochem2021.

Please fill out this form and fax or e-mail it to us. You can also register online at our website.

Upon receipt of your registration form, you will be sent an invoice for payment of the registration fee. Once payment is made, we will send you a confirmation email.

Registration fee (incl. VAT)

Participant (resident)

• Full-time format — 46 000 rubles
• Correspondence format of participation
  (on-line — broadcast) — 20 000 rubles

Participant (non-resident)

• Full-time format — 900 euro
• Extramural format of participation
  (online — broadcast) — 450 euro

Gazprom PJSC Subsidiary Represent*

• For 3 or more participants from the same organization a group discount of 10% of the registration fee is applied.
• Academic institutions of the Russian Academy of Sciences and higher education institutions are exempt from paying the registration fee.

The registration fee includes:

• participation in all sessions of the Conference;
• participant's package (including notepad, program, collection of theses);
• attendance of all presentations and booths of the exhibition Gas Chemistry-2021;
• gala dinner in honor of the opening of the Conference;
• coffee-breaks and lunch;
• viewing the live broadcast of all Conference sessions in the Internet via a personal link (for online participation).

Conditions for participation in the exhibition:

All those who wish to participate in the exhibition may do so by October 25, 2021, by emailing a completed application (DOCX, 20 KB) to gasochem2021@vniigaz.gazprom.ru.

Options for participation in the exhibition:

Option A.
Cost of participation: 70 000 rubles (including VAT 20%)

Services to be provided:

1. Provision of equipped area of 3 sq.m. (2x1,5 m), including:

• fascia board with the company's name — 1
• pedestal — 1
• chair — 1
• socket — 5
• luminaire — 1

2. Placement of advertising leaflet in the conference participant's portfolio.

3. Placement of the company's logo in the «Exhibition» section of the conference website.

Option B.
Participation fee: 90 000 rubles (VAT 20% included)

Services to be provided:

1. Providing an equipped area of 4.5 sq.m. (3x1.5 m), including:

• fascia panel with the name of the company ¾1
• pedestal — 1
• chair — 2
• socket — 5 (sockets)
• lamp-light — 1

2. Placement of an advertising leaflet in the conference participant's portfolio.

3. Company logo placement in the «Exhibition» section of the conference website.

Option C.
Participation fee: 120 000 rubles (VAT 20% included)

Services provided:

1. Providing an equipped area of 6 sq.m. (4x1,5 m), including:

• fascia panel with the company's name — 1
• bollards — 2
• chair — 3
• socket — 5
• lamp — 2

2. Placement of an advertising leaflet in the conference participant's portfolio.

3. Company logo placement in the «Exhibition» section of the conference website.
