Leontiy Eder

Deputy General Director for Prospective Development

Leontiy Eder was born in 1980 in Kazakhstan.

He graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a Bachelor degree in geology, majoring in “Geology and petrochemistry of fossil fuels”. He has Master’s degree in Economics. Mr. Eder completed professional retraining courses at Tyumen Industrial University, including “Development and operation of oil and gas fields”, “Design, construction and operation of gas and oil pipelines and storages”. He holds DSc degree in Economics.
