Igor Volynets

Chief Engineer

Igor Volynets was born in 1968 in Donetsk.

He graduated from Tyumen Engineering and Construction Institute, majoring in construction of motorways and airfields. In 1998, Mr. Volynets graduated from Tyumen State University, majoring in finances and credits. He has a PhD degree.
