Rafael Kantyukov

Deputy General Director for Science

Rafael Kantyukov was born in 1975 in Salavat, Republic of Bashkortostan.

He graduated from Almetyevck State Oil Institute, majoring in “Development and operation of oil and gas fields”, Moscow Open Social University majoring in “Jurisprudence”. Holds MBA and PhD degree (in Engineering).
