Evgeniy Metelin

Head of the Legal Administration

Evgeniy Metelin was born in 1982 in Dnepropetrovsk.

He graduated with honors from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, majoring in Jurisprudence. He holds a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence. Mr. Metelin completed professional retraining course “English-Russian Assistant-Translator on Humanities”.
