Participation Conditions
A. Participant’s fee: 1,300 EUR (18% VAT included)
Provided services:
1. Allocated exhibition space 3 m2 (2х1.5 m), including:
o 1 table,
o 1 chair,
o 1 source of light x 100 Wt,
o a frieze with your company name,
o access to 5 electric sockets (1.5 kWt),
2. Advertising information included in Exhibition brochure.
3. Company logo featured in “Exhibition” section on the Conference website.
B. Participant’s fee: 1,900 EUR (18% VAT included)
Provided services:
1. Allocated exhibition space 4.5 m2 (3х1.5 m), including:
a. 1 table,
b. 2 chairs,
c. 1 source of light (100 Wt),
d. a frieze with your company name,
e. access to 5 electric sockets (1.5 kWt),
2. Advertising information included in Exhibition brochure.
3. Company logo featured in “Exhibition” section on the Conference website.
C. Participant’s fee: 2,500 EUR (18% VAT included)

1. Allocated exhibition space 6 m2 (4х1.5 m), including:
a. 2 tables,
b. 3 chairs,
c. 2 sources of light (100 Wt),
d. a frieze with your company name,
e. access to 5 electric sockets (1.5 kWt),
