The aim of the conference: introduction of advanced scientific and technical developments and exchange of experience in the area of application of information technologies for the management of operating conditions of gas transmission and producing systems.
Conference participants: representatives of Russian and Foreign enterprises, joint stock companies, universities, Scientific-Research and Design Institutes.
The Conference Program includes the Plenary Session, Technical Sessions and the Closing Session.
10:00 — 17:00 — Plenary Session:
- Welcoming address of Gazprom’s Key Executives.
- Presentations of keynote speakers.
- Exhibition.
17:00 — 22:00 — Gala diner accompanied by a of musical group
10:00 — 17:00 — Technical sessions. Exhibition.
17:30 — 18:00 — Closing session
18:00 — 21:00 — Buffet table
Technical sessions:
Session A: Automated systems and computer technologies in gas production, transmission and distribution:
- management systems;
- data collection systems;
- information display systems;
- computer programs for dispatcher’s applied problems.
Session В: Decision making support systems in dispatching management of gas transmission and producing systems:
- decision making software packages;
- modeling of systems and facilities;
- regulations and standards governing modeling processes and software package development;
- new methods and approaches suggested for application in modeling processes.
Session C: Advanced technologies in training and skill development of dispatcher staff:
- computer training packages;
- programs for staff training and skill development;
- staff training methods;
- regulations and scientific developments supporting dispatchers’ training.
Official language of the Conference
Official languages of the Conference are Russian and English. Speakers should submit their materials in Russian or English or both. The simultaneous translation will be provided.
Guidelines for abstracts
Size — Abstracts must not exceed one printed page.
Page format:
Paper size — А4 (210 mm х 297 mm)
Margins — 20 mm from the top, bottom, right and left
Style — 15-point Arial font size, single space.
Text and typographic requirements — abstracts should clearly summarize the content of the paper. Tables and figures are not allowed in abstracts.
Abstracts shall be submitted in Microsoft Word format and send to the e-mail address: discom2014@vniigaz.gazprom.ru
Abstracts sent by fax shall not be considered.
