Zakhar Shandrygolov

Deputy General Director for Information Technologies

Zakhar Shandrygolov was born in 1987 in the Tyumen region.

In 2009, graduated from the Tyumen Oil and Gas University, majoring in “Applied Mathematics”, in 2017 — graduated from the Master’s Program of the same University, majoring in “Economics”. Mr. Shandrygolov has a PhD degree in engineering sciences.
