The registration form in MS Word is available on our site. Please, complete the form and send it by fax or e-mail.
Upon receipt of your registration form the invoice for the registration fee will be sent to you. As soon as the payment is made, we will send you confirmation by e-mail.
Registration fee (VAT inclusive)
Participant / Speaker
€ 600 before / on October 01, 2017;
€ 700 after October 01, 2017.
Accompanying person: € 200.
Three or more participants from one organization will enjoy a discount of 10% of registration fee.
Registration fee includes:
- Participation in all Conference sessions
- Delegate's package (including a copy of abstracts and the Conference participants list)
- A Conference Proceedings DVD (to be mailed after the Conference)
- Official Welcome Party
- Coffee breaks, lunches
Registration fee shall not cover participant’s hotel accommodation and/or daily expenses.
Cancellation of participation
In case of cancellation substitution of participant can be made at any time upon submittal of a respective written application. If cancelled, Registration fee may not be recovered.
Method of payment
Bank transfer or payment in cash or by credit card at the Conference venue.
